看完神奇的代码、2012和阿凡达,大家是不是会有种感觉,就是现在都是在提倡环保,爱护自己的地球。再看看我们国家的电影:风云2,三枪,十月围城,还有满要出来的孔子。是什么呢风云2已经没有任何中心思想,全是什么所谓特效,结尾最为雷的就是郑伊健那样假惺惺的哭,说什么的忘了。三枪没看,主要大家说实在不如看小品,所以还好没浪费钱。十月虽然拍的不错,但是怎么老是拍过去的伟大历史呢。外国都已经提倡未来,中国却还在瞻仰过去。孔子,真是越拍越古老了。不管外国电影怎样的斥资多少,虽然也在装B拍些爱护地球的电影,但是人家做了。中国却是连做也没做,中国的落后还真不是一般二般的落后,但是只是说电影方面,其他暂且不说,因为我们国家永远是和平为主嘛。这是后话。中国现在呢,不是速食电影就是广告电影,连中心思想都看不出来,要么就是25锒铛的情节,哎。不知道现在中国的编剧还是不是嘴里叼着香烟,躺在床上,旁边抱着个三级美女,写着那所谓的好电影的剧情。不管山寨与否,搞些爱护环境的吧。虽然我能看见咱们南京现在又在实施恐怖的环境污染,哎,路路堵,路路挖,灰尘多,路边树上全是灰尘,建筑垃圾乱扔。也许年底。上面发配钱,不弄些东西出来,钱不好吞吧,不然干吗好好的路一会挖了又一会填,填了又挖。时代是在进步,环境也要保护啊。好象又岔远了,反正总之一句话。中国的电影文化,已经往原始时代递进了把钱当钱的朋友,请在家用点击,播放,快进,结束。来看中国电影因为一浪费钱,二浪费时间。中国电影还其他因素:一,审查关。中国电影审查制度太过保守。基本上能在电影院演都有主旋律的阴影,不过这两年好一些能让放〈天黑请闭眼〉之类的恐怖片了二,拍摄类型。中国电影这两年出现诸如〈可可西里〉〈寻枪〉〈玉观音〉这样的片子,基本都脱胎于欧美模式,我不是指的内容,而是新一代导演运用的各种拍摄技巧。三,产业化模式。好莱坞电影已经进入全盘的商业运做,电影制作就好比商品生产一般,几乎全是按照市场规律办事。而中国电影还停留在计划经济模式基础上。每年国家计划投资拍摄大量的主旋律影片,留给开发商的空间太小,没有形成规模四,人才储备。中国的电影人才如是有才华名气的都想到国外发展。而好莱坞却是集合了世界上最顶尖的电脑制作大师,导演,编剧等,形成了良性互动五,投资制作。中国的商界大亨最国产电影产业顾虑重重,又没有外国资本家那么财大气粗。是以很难下决心投资国产影片,除非是张艺谋这样的世界知名人士。

思路:
1. 应该:本土电影是一个国家抵抗当地流行文化入侵的最后征地,因为它能集中反映本土文化元素,如服装,食物,音乐,宗教仪式等。这些观影经验能帮助观众恢复对于本土文化的热爱。
2. 应该:投资本土电影能创造就业。举例,电影业是一个巨大的商业链条,一部电影的启动能创造数千个职位,关于电影的建筑,设计,群众演员,广告等。此外,电影拍摄地,如横店影视城,也常常成为理想的旅游胜地。
3. 不应该:电影市场是一个自由竞争的世界,遵循自然选择的原则,好的片子存活,而烂的片子死亡。换句话说,国外影片能被广泛接受的原因就是它有比本土电影更好的质量。相反,政府的干预只能让很多本土烂片充斥市场。

Nowadays, the high popularity of foreign movies in local film market has been a heated issue in debate. Some people suggest the government should intervene in saving local films by supporting the finance and policies. Personally, I partially agree with this view, and my reasons would be explored as below.

Firstly, I believe this assertion is on the wise side, because supporting local films actually serves to preserve local culture. The main worrying aspect of foreign movies, such as Hollywood ones, is that they are culture invaders, which expose local viewers to a global pop culture, from food of MacDonald to rock music, from luxury fashion to famous-brand cars. By watching these movies, local people, especially the young ones, might be misled that the foreign culture has the superiority over the local one. Therefore, there is always a justification for the government to back domestic films which can comprehensively present cores of the local culture like traditional food, clothes, languages, social manners and religions. In this way, the sense of culture identity among local audience will be recovered.

The second reason of approving of such support is that making film itself can provide job opportunities. In fact, the film instry is an extensive business chain, whose running depends on hundreds of constructors, computer designers, actors, advertisers and so forth. That is to say, a small investment from the government in the project of local films can create a large amount of job vacancies for the public. Besides, the practical locations for shooting, like buildings, streets and landscapes, are natural resources attracting visitors, whose inflow would boost local economy.

However, such policy will destroy the fairness of film market. Generally, film market is a world based on the free competition, obeying the principle of natural selection, which popularizes good movies, as well as eliminates bad ones. In other words, the main reason of higher-level acceptance of foreign movies in the public is they have better qualities than local ones. As long as the government intervenes in the market by supporting local films and suppressing international ones, then cinemas are very likely dominated with these low-level and shoddy domestic films. As a result, a whole film market would go into decline, because fewer people have a willing of paying for the junk movies.

In conclusion, I fundamentally supporting local movies by the government is a right decision, for the reason that its benefits in local culture saving and new jobs offering. However, to the extent of local viewers, this decision might violate their rights of enjoying the foreign movies with the best performance in effects or art expression.(436 words)

中国式影片如果是武侠的题材,往往将主人公描写的相当到位,而其他的人物则显得相对苍白,而且比较喜欢个人英雄崇拜,团队精神不足。
